Full-Stack Product Owner

I drove the design vision and strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives. Brought in a UXD I quickly rose to UXA and eventually UXM. I established, mentored and guided the design & dev team, fostering collaboration and establishing high-standards of design excellence, product delivery and user/customer satisfaction.

Lead UX Architect

deep dived into info architecture, user flows, and navigation structures to transform user needs into elegant, intuitive designs that ultimately served to improve the logistics process and communications between users (customers) and UPS. I led cross-functional teams, implemented in-depth user research and stake holder feedback.

Experience Design Manager (Dallas, TX)

Full-Stack UXA. With a brand new team (never before comprised in the history of 7-eleven) and exceptional resource challenges, I was tasked with the extremely ambitious 6 months goal to strategize, conceptualize, and create both a customer and franchisee app along with creating all associated digital executive & user training material. In addition to assisting in both the 7-eleven digital UX recruitment and seamless handoffs to 7-Eleven’s new UI team.
